Faculty

At WPU GŌA, our faculty bring together academic expertise, industry experience, research excellence, and diverse professional perspectives. They are educators, researchers, practitioners, innovators, designers, policy experts, and entrepreneurs who bring their knowledge and real-world experience into the classroom. They come from leading institutions, industries, and research laboratories in India and around the world.

Our faculty work across disciplines, bringing together Engineering, Psychology, Design, Law, and Management to explore complex challenges from multiple perspectives. Engineers collaborate with designers to develop solutions that people can use. Psychologists and management scholars examine how people make decisions at work, in markets, and in society. Legal experts help ensure that emerging technologies are developed responsibly and ethically. This transdisciplinary approach enables students to connect knowledge across disciplines, understand complex problems from multiple perspectives, and apply their learning beyond the boundaries of a single subject.

Research at WPU GŌA is rooted in technology and focused on impact, addressing challenges that matter to Goa, India, and the wider world. Areas of focus include sustainable energy, responsible innovation, artificial intelligence, mental health, and human wellbeing.

Together, our faculty are building an inclusive, curious, and transformative learning community that shapes graduates who think critically, act responsibly, and lead with purpose.
