Centre for
Diplomacy,
Human Creativity and Artificial Intelligence

As we navigate an era defined by rapid AI proliferation, the world urgently needs human-centred frameworks that elevate creativity, empathy, embodied intelligence, and ethical imagination. WPU GŌA’s transdisciplinary ecosystem provides the ideal environment to unify artistic, scientific, and technological knowledge, including the expressive and diplomatic dimensions of movement, dance, and performance. This centre positions India as a global leader in diplomacy, creative intelligence and humane AI development, examining core creative tenets that synthetic agents cannot authentically replicate.

To drive international research and innovation where human creativity, cognition, and artificial intelligence converge creating human-focused AI solutions, structures, and creative approaches that strengthen cross-cultural understanding, conflict resolution, and community welfare through interdisciplinary partnerships.

This centre is established to honour the transformative contributions of the Garibay Institute of Soft Power & Public Diplomacy, led by its Founder and Chairman, Prof. Fernando Garibay. The Garibay Institute has pioneered global discourse on the irreducible human spirit, creative intelligence, and the ethical integration of artificial intelligence at the intersection of art, technology, and human expression. This centre extends that institutional legacy by championing frameworks that position human imagination, emotion, and cognition at the heart of AI development, uniting artists, choreographers, technologists, cognitive scientists, and diplomats in pursuit of research that amplifies rather than replaces humanity’s collective pursuit of meaning and well-being.
