Paul Gordon Emerson is the Co-Founder, Executive, and Co-Artistic Director of Company | E, a Washington, DC-based performing arts organisation at the intersection of dance, culture, and diplomacy. A native New Yorker, he previously served as Legislative Director on Capitol Hill and pursued a Master's degree in Security Policy Studies at George Washington University before discovering a passion for dance, combining his foreign policy interests with culture. He has led Company | E on international cultural engagements in partnership with the U.S. Department of State across 50+ countries, and directs the company's innovations in 3D world building and the intersection of art, education, and technology, including a VR SuperMuseum in development with the State Department.

Prof. James Cooper is a Professor of Law and Director of International Legal Studies at California Western School of Law, San Diego, and a Research Fellow at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). A Cambridge University-trained Barrister and Solicitor, he began his career with Baker & McKenzie and has held faculty positions at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He has consulted for the U.S. Departments of Justice and State, the Organisation of American States, and numerous governments and international agencies across Latin America and Asia. His current research focuses on the legal regulation of emerging technologies including blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse, and he has been widely profiled in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, and the New York Times.

Prof. Ronald C. Gunnell is President of the Garibay Institute for Soft Power and Public Diplomacy and Founder & Global Chairman of Truth Alone Triumphs – Global Enterprises, LLC. The Los Angeles-based Garibay Institute, founded by musical icon Fernando Garibay, engages a network spanning 192 countries and collaborates with leading universities including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Oxford, and Cambridge. Gunnell holds joint professorial appointments with the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. His enterprise specialises in global consulting and dialogue bridge-building across the United States, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Brazil, and India. His academic interests span cross-cultural leadership, creative diplomacy, design thinking in governance, and the arts–international development nexus, with lectures delivered across continents and contributions to global policy forums.
