College of
Human Performance and Longevity
The College of Human Performance and Longevity is the sixth, but distinctly vital, dimension of the entire university framework. WPU GŌA is India’s first Human Performance and Longevity Campus. While other elements of the university framework focus on the mind and purpose, this College shapes the body, discipline, lifestyle, and resilience of students.
The College of Human Performance & Longevity at WPU GŌA aims to create a future-ready generation by integrating sports science, health education, and human performance practices into everyday university life. The objective is to empower students with scientific awareness, disciplined habits, and lifelong wellness skills that support academic excellence, personal growth, and long-term health.
Beyond
Intellectual Capability
Our guiding philosophy is simple: students must not only learn well, they should also live well. We believe that true success requires the synergy of a strong mind, a resilient body, a disciplined lifestyle, and a purpose-driven spirit.
This College ensures students graduate with not just intellectual capability but also physical resilience, mental clarity, and lifelong wellness habits. Here we integrate sports, fitness science, lifestyle education, and world-class athletic development.

The campus promotes an inclusive sports culture with modern multi-sport infrastructure and a goal that “Every student plays”. Sports participation enhances teamwork, leadership, discipline, and decision-making under pressure.

Through guided exposure to movement science, exercise physiology, nutrition, and recovery, students bridge academic learning with real-world application. They gain confidence through self-awareness, learn how to train and recover intelligently, and build disciplined habits that support energy, focus, and balance throughout life.
This scientific and preventive approach helps every student stay fit, confident, and future-ready, promoting a lifestyle free from preventable illness—where health is not an obligation, but the foundation for lifelong success.
